CareFirst has made a strategic investment in FIGMD
October 2017 – England & Company served as the financial advisor to CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield in structuring a strategic investment through an affiliate with FIGmd, Inc., a cloud-based, interoperable clinical data and quality management platform that extracts data from 160 different electronic health record systems (and growing) and conforms all structured and unstructured data into a common, curated format.
