Flume, Inc. Secures Growth Financing
August 2023 – England & Company is pleased to announce that it recently served as exclusive placement agent in Flume, Inc.’s (“Flume”) recent growth financing provided by HCAP Partners, a California-based private equity firm and nationally recognized impact investor.
Flume, based in San Luis Obispo, CA, is making significant contributions toward conservation and sustainability as the best-in-class provider of high-definition water data and analytics to consumers, the water technology industry, and the water resource management ecosystem. This funding will enable Flume to expand its operations, customer base, and corresponding market share through working capital and geographical expansion.

Ara Partners Acquires Genera, Inc.
June 2022 – England Securities served as acquisition & restructuring advisor to Ara Partners (“Ara”), in its acquisition of Genera, Inc (“Genera”).
Ara is a private equity firm specializing in industrial decarbonization investments. Ara invests in the industrial & manufacturing, chemicals & materials, energy efficiency & green fuels, and food & agriculture sectors, seeking to build businesses that are focused on sustainability and ESG principles.
“Genera was a complicated transaction that required the England & Company team, working closely with Ara Partners and other advisors, to create a mutually beneficial acquisition and restructuring,” said Troy Thacker, Managing Partner of Ara. “It’s a tremendous benefit to work with a trusted, capable partner on complicated situations that require out-of-the-box creative structuring.”
Genera’s facility, once fully operational, will process agricultural crops such as switchgrass into ag-based fiber and the Earthable® line of sustainable food-grade, compostable packaging. The facility, which is the largest fully integrated domestic solution for ag-based fiber and food packaging in North America, will host 160 employees at full production.
Tidewater ATM Equity Offering
November 2021 – England & Company is pleased to announce it recently served as the capital markets advisor to Tidewater, Inc. (“Tidewater”) (NYSE: TDW) in establishing its recent $30,000,000 at-the-market offering program. England brought in Virtu Americas LLC and DNB Markets as distribution agents.

January 2020 – England & Company is pleased to announce it recently served as exclusive financial advisor for Advanced Reactor Concepts, LLC (“ARC”) in its company valuation and advised the board on considering an equity restructuring plan.
