Washington, DC, March 21, 2016 – England Securities, LLC is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to Pathology, Inc. in the sale of substantially all of its operating assets to Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings (LabCorp) (NYSE:LH). The acquisition includes Pathology, Inc.’s patient service centers used to conduct its medical testing and services businesses.
