(“Powerside“) in its successful closing of a growth equity investment from Energy Growth Momentum LLP (“EGM”). Powerside, based in Saint-Laurent, Quebec and Alameda, CA, plays a pivotal role in advancing the transformation of the industrial and utility electric power infrastructure with its unique ability to analyze, detect, and correct power quality issues arising from the increase in electric vehicles, a more distributed energy resource mix, and more renewable generation.

October 2022 – England Securities is pleased to announce that it recently served as exclusive financial advisor to Ben Dyer Associates, Inc. (“Ben Dyer”) in its sale to Atwell, LLC (“Atwell”).

Based in Mitchellville, Maryland, Ben Dyer provides civil engineering, surveying, land planning, environmental, and construction services supporting land development and re-development projects throughout Central and Southern Maryland and the District of Columbia.

This acquisition expands Atwell’s reach into the US Mid-Atlantic region and will strengthen Atwell’s ability to support various land development projects, including single and multi-family residential, commercial, and industrial. Ben Dyer is also experienced in the power and energy market, enhancing Atwell’s ability to support solar projects on the East Coast.

January 2021 – England Securities is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive placement agent for Micatu, Incorporated (“Micatu”) in its growth financing of $10 million in preferred equity from Wave Equity Partners.

The financing will support the company’s continued global expansion and ongoing deployment of its proprietary GridView optical sensing platform for industrial and utility grid measurement solutions.
